Take a Kid Fishing

CHS_FLY_19_1

As school districts all of the great state of Montana shut their doors for the COVID-19 Coronavirus, local students find themselves stuck at home, bored and alone.  What a great opportunity to take a kid fishing, get outside and learn some new skills. Schools will be closed from Monday 3/16 to Friday 3/27, during this time, I am offering free guided fishing to any student currently enrolled  at Capital High or Helena High. This will be on a first come first serve basis and limited to two anglers per day.  Must have a valid Montana Fishing License, your own lunch and signed permission slip from your parents or guardian.  (Permission slips available on day of event, may sign in person)

So come on out and enjoy a float down the Missouri River, catch a few fish, learn local geology and most importantly have a total blast.

I encourage others to join me and help get kids off the couch and on the river.

Time Out!
